Your Banoffee Pie is best enjoyed within 3 days.

Always keep it refrigerated and remove it from the fridge approximately 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

That's when the base softens, the caramel relaxes, the flavours open up and peak Banoffee romance really starts doing its thing.

If I pick up my Banoffee Pie the day before my event, will it still be fresh?

Absolutely.
