Slices of our OG Banoffee Pie, Biscoff Banoffee Pie and Peanut Butter Banoffee Pie are available for walk in takeaway from our Five Dock shop, Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.

No pre-order needed for slices, but flavours can sell out, so earlier is always safer.

Yes. Our Banoffee Pies are made fresh to order and require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

We regularly book out, especially for Fridays, Saturdays and special occasions, so if you have a date in mind, we recommend ordering early.

Enter through the glass doors directly next to Dino’s Café. Once inside, we’re on the right, directly behind Dino’s Five Dock.

You can also enter via the pedestrian entrance at 38 East Street, Five Dock. Head down the stairs and through the glass doors, then we’re on the left.

We’re open Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm for walk in slices and pre-order whole pie pickups from our Five Dock shop.

We’re currently setting up refrigerated Banoffee Pie delivery across selected Sydney postcodes through Store to Door for a flat $29 delivery fee.

You’re very welcome to organise an Uber courier to collect your order directly from our Five Dock shop at your selected pickup time.

Just make sure your courier is booked for your confirmed pickup time. Enter through the glass doors directly next to Dino’s Café and Butter and Love is on the right, directly behind Dino’s.

Alternatively, you can collect your order yourself Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.

Once live, refrigerated delivery will be available to selected Sydney postcodes through Store to Door.

Delivery will be a flat $29 to eligible postcodes.

Once live, deliveries will take place between 8am and 5.30pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

When your order is on board with the driver, Store to Door will send you an email notification. You’ll then receive a second email with an approximate 30 minute delivery window and access to live tracking.

You’ll also receive a text when your driver is on the way, so you can follow your Banoffee Pie right to your door.

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, so if your pie is for an event with a firm start time, we recommend having it delivered the day before.

From intimate dinners to birthdays, weddings and big celebrations, there’s a Butter and Love Banoffee Pie for it.

Keep your Banoffee Pie boxed and refrigerated as soon as you receive it and until you’re ready to serve.

Keeping it covered and chilled helps protect its texture and freshness.

About 30 minutes before serving, take it out of the fridge. This softens everything just enough for a creamier texture and an even better bite.

For the smoothest slices, use a wide, flat edged knife:

1. Dip the blade in hot water, then wipe it dry.
2. Cut straight down in one confident motion. No see-sawing.
3. Slide the knife out through the side of the slice rather than pulling it back up through the pie.
4. Dip, wipe and repeat between every slice.

A hot, clean blade each time is the secret to those smooth, bakery style slices.

Didn’t finish it in one sitting? First of all, impressive restraint! Press cling film directly onto the exposed cut sides before boxing it up and returning it to the fridge. This helps keep the pie fresher for longer and slows the bananas from browning.

Your Banoffee Pie is best enjoyed within 3 days when kept refrigerated.

That is, of course, assuming there are leftovers.

Yes! All Butter and Love Banoffee Pies are halal, alcohol free, gelatine free and vegetarian friendly.

So the hardest part is choosing which flavour to get!

Yes. Our Banoffee Pies are made with pasteurised dairy, contain no raw eggs and no alcohol, and are kept refrigerated until pickup, making them a pregnancy friendly choice.

And judging by the number of pregnancy craving messages we’ve had lately, apparently 2026 babies have excellent taste! 🍌🥧

Our Peanut Butter Banoffee Pie contains peanuts...obviously. 🥜

Our OG Banoffee Pie and Biscoff Banoffee Pie do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, aside from coconut, but all of our pies are made in the same kitchen as our Peanut Butter Banoffee Pie, so traces may be present.

No. None of our Banoffee Pies contain eggs.

Yes! Our OG Banoffee Pie and Peanut Butter Banoffee Pie are available gluten free in every size.

Our gluten free pies are made in the same kitchen as products containing gluten, so while we take care during preparation, they may not be suitable for people with coeliac disease or severe gluten allergies.

We used to!

Our vegan pie was created with the same commitment as everything else we make: we wanted it to be the best vegan Banoffee Pie in Australia.

Unfortunately, some of the ingredients we relied on were discontinued and nothing we’ve tried since has met the standard we’re happy putting our name on.

So for now, we’d rather not make one than make one that isn’t good enough.

But never say never.

Absolutely. Banoffee makes a pretty spectacular alternative to traditional cake.
