FAQs

Are your pies halal?

Yes. All our pies are 100% halal. They do not contain any gelatine or alcohol.

Do you pies contain nuts?

The Peanut Butter Banoffee Pie contains peanuts...obviously.

The OG, Biscoff and Vegan Banoffee Pies do not contain nuts (except for coconut) but they are made in the same kitchen containing nuts so traces may be present.

Do your pies contain eggs?

No, we do not use any eggs in our pies.

Do you offer vegan options?

No, we currently do not offer vegan options.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes, we do offer gluten free options by request.

How many people do your pies serve?

The large pies comfortably serves 12-14 people, depending on how big
you cut the slices. They weigh 2.5kg+

The regular pies comfortably serves 8-10 people, depending on how
big you cut the slices. They weigh 1.6kg+

Do you make extra large pies / party size pies?

Yes, our range of pies is available in 12” / 30.5cm. They weigh 4.5kg+

How should your pies be stored?

Our pies are made fresh to order on the day of pickup. All pies need to be refrigerated as soon as you’ve received your order. Remove the pie from the fridge 20 mins before serving. The pies are best consumed within days (that’s IF you have an leftovers which is highly unlikely).

How long do your pies last?

The pies are best consumed within 3 days.

Where is the pick up location?

We are located in Five Dock NSW 2046 (Sydney). Pick up is available 10am – 4pm weekends (Saturday and Sunday only). Pick up times will be confirmed prior to pick up.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery via a third party VIP courier service.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery within Sydney, up to a maximum of 50km radius from Campsie NSW 2194.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are made anytime between 10am to 6pm, Wednesday to Sunday. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Unfortunately once we hand it to the delivery driver, we do not have a tracking app and cannot contact the driver.

What days are you open?

Saturday and Sunday

Can I order your pies for my café or restaurant?

Do you sell wholesale or do catering?

Can I make a large order for my wedding, special event or business?

What is the minimum notice period?

Minimum 2 days notice, subject to availability. Although we do get booked up in advance so if you require a specific date, we suggest ordering asap.
